The Navy Pier parking garage has two entrances. Only the West garage permits access for online sales. You will see the signs “Self Park West Garage” and “Self Park East Garage”. Your parking reservation is only valid at the West Garage. Thank you for using ParkChirp and ParkABM!
How to Redeem
Your parking reservation is only valid at the West Garage. Upon arrival, scan your barcode at the readers located next to the ticket machines. The gate will open, and you can proceed to park anywhere that is not marked “Reserved”. Upon exiting, scan the same barcode at the exit readers, and the gates will open so that you can leave. Please note: You may not purchase additional reservations to extend your stay in the garage. The pass that you enter with must be the pass that you exit with. To avoid overage fees, please enter after your start time, and exit before your end time.
