The closest restrooms to the main entrance of Navy Pier are located in the Family Pavilion. The women’s and men’s restrooms are located next to the escalator. Additional restrooms are located by Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville Bar & Grill in the New Food Experience, in Pier Park, by Bar Sol Restaurant, by Billy Goat, by Entrance 2, and by the Aon Grand Ballroom. During events, restrooms are open in Festival Hall.

Throughout the day, cabs are typically parked along North Streeter Drive (just south of Navy Pier’s building). You can also request a cab and both entrance 1 and 2.
