Yes, Navy Pier provides complimentary wheelchairs at a first come, first serve basis. A valid ID is required and will be held by our Guest Experience personnel in exchange for the rental of the wheelchair.
Wheelchairs have to be returned back to the kiosk and chairs cannot leave the property or be kept overnight.
Elevators to access Pier Park and the Centennial Ferris Wheel are located near Door 2 and Door 4 near the Food Experience court. All levels are accessible by elevators. Please see our accessibility maps for further detail.

Paratransit services can drop off and pick up passengers from several locations on Navy Pier, including the front main entrance of Navy Pier, on the north dock at the Family Pavilion entrance, and Entrances 1 and 2. All locations are equipped with ramps.
