Aperol Spritz

This classic Italian refresher is perfect for an outside session in warming weather – or for creating that setting at home! This is also Phil Stefani’s favorite cocktail to enjoy while sitting on Riva’s patio watching foot and boat traffic.

Ingredients:

Tall wine glass; Ice; Aperol; Prosecco; Club soda; Orange slices

Preparation:

  1. Add ice to glass
  2. Add 3 oz. Aperol
  3. Add 3 oz. Prosecco
  4. Add splash of club soda
  5. Garnish with orange slice

Mango Margarita

Simple syrup: ¼ cup of sugar into ¼ cup hot water; stir.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Silver Tequila; 1.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice; 1.5 oz Simple Syrup; 1 Lime; Tajin Chili Lime Seasoning

Preparation:

  1. Fill bar mixing tin with ice *Or, use a large glass & stir instead
  2. Add ingredients
  3. Cover mixing tin with a lid or glass, shake until blended
  4. Prep a cocktail glass: Run a lime around the rim — Sprinkle Tajin Chili Lime Seasoning on a plate — Dip rim into seasoning — Fill glass with ice
  5. Place a strainer over mixing tin & pour into the cocktail glass

Rosé All Day Spritz

Nothing says Spring quite like Rosé, here’s how to make it extra special & refreshing! Be sure to stop by when Harry’s reopens on the Pier to try the ‘Frosé’—another fun cocktail.

Ingredients:

6 oz Rosé wine; Splash of Club Soda; Fresh Strawberries (about 2 tbsp); 2 Lemon Slices; Large wine glass

Preparation:

  1. Muddle lemon & strawberries in the bottom of the glass, fill with ice
  2. Add rosé & top with club soda
  3. Add a lemon slice & a piece of strawberry to the side of the glass as a garnish
  4. Take a sip and say “WOW!”

Tiny Hammock

Make this at home, kick back, and transport yourself to your own personal hammock. Tiny Hammock is a long-time, local favorite at Tiny Tavern, we know you’ll love it!

Ingredients:

Ice; 1.5 oz Vodka; 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice; 0.5 oz Simple Syrup; 4-5 thin slices of large cucumber; 2 Lemon Wheels; Soda Water

Preparation:

  1. Build ingredients (except for soda water) in a shaker
  2. Shake hard but not too long to break down the cucumber without watering down the drink
  3. Pour with ice into a chilled Collins glass
  4. Top with a splash of soda water

Tropical Pear-A-Dise

Tropical, pear-infused margarita with a splash of Red Bull for an energizing twist on the traditional margarita.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz 1800 Silver Tequila; 0.5 oz Gran Gala Orange Liqueur; 0.5 oz Finest Call Prickly Pear; 2 oz Margarita Mix; 1.5 oz Red Bull Tropical; Lime

Preparation:

  1. Add ice to glass
  2. Add tequila & orange liqueur to glass
  3. Next, add prickly pear juice & margarita mix
  4. Cover & shake
  5. Add Red Bull to top off drink
  6. Garnish with lime wedge.

This winter-into-spring cocktail from Bar Manager Clay Livingston is fruity, slightly sweet and perfect for the home bartender. Make this from your home kitchen until you can enjoy amazing views and drinks from the world’s largest rooftop bar when we reopen.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Vanilla Vodka; 0.5 oz pear liqueur; 2 oz Pomegranate Juice

Preparation:

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice and serve up, in a coupe or martini glass
