An International Celebration of Fashion and Culture

Now in its ninth year, the World Fashion Festival connects Chicago audiences with designers whose work reflects the creativity, craftsmanship, and cultural traditions of their home countries. This year’s participating countries include Argentina, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Indonesia, Japan, Mongolia, and Spain, with designer participation supported through relationships with consulates and cultural attachés.
The festival offers more than a presentation of clothing. It creates an opportunity to experience the stories, artistry, and perspectives behind international fashion while connecting designers with Chicago’s cultural, business, media, and philanthropic communities.
Each evening will feature international designer collections and local celebrities walking the runway. Following the shows, guests will be invited to remain at Bar Sol for the afterparties, extending the celebration and creating additional opportunities to enjoy the
venue and its hospitality.
