Lake Stage Summer Concert Series
This summer, experience the debut of the Lake Stage Summer Concert Series at Navy Pier in Polk Bros Park, featuring a summer-long lineup of free, live performances on Chicago’s lakefront.
Enjoy talent from the Old Town School of Folk Music, WBEZ, Navy Band Great Lakes Wind Ensemble, Jazz Institute of Chicago, and the Puerto Rican Arts Alliance’s Noche Caribeña—bringing folk, jazz, Caribbean rhythms, and more to the lakefront stage all season long.
Friday, August 14th
WBEZ Jazz Concert
Chicago has always been a jazz city — from Louis Armstrong to Green Mill to the Jazz Festival — and this summer, WBEZ is celebrating that legacy with a free outdoor concert at Navy Pier.
Saturday, August 22th
Noche Caribena
In partnership with Navy Pier, this summertime event is FREE and open to the public. Featured are Cuatristas along with international and local artists with their groups. This concert offers audience members multiple music genres including Puerto Rican and Afro-Caribbean folk, popular Latin American, big band, salsa, ballads, bomba and plena interpretations.
