CHICAGO—Navy Pier will host the party of the year on the biggest night of the year in the opulent and historic Aon Grand Ballroom. New Year on the Pier features premium catering and bar, dancing, and live band and DJ entertainment, ending with a festive midnight countdown followed by the return of one of Chicago’s most cherished traditions: Navy Pier’s famous fireworks show at midnight. Matt Kysia from “Kysia Live” returns as the Master of Ceremonies. He is an entraining MC who grew up listing to Motown classics. When he is not hosting events, he creates web series and performs music for a wide variety of audiences.
The Lakeshore Encores are led by Angela Martin, of American Idol fame, and feature Gold Coast Events’ signature model of diverse lead performers hitting a variety of music genres. Their legit grasp of pop, Motown, and funk creates the base to keep dance floors packed the whole night through. The Lakeshore Encores are a party in and of themselves, and Chicago & beyond have fallen in love with their innate ability to bring fun to life.
A supersonic trio, known as Treble Squad, consisting of a violinist, saxophonist & drummer… all accompanying a renown DJ. Treble Squad performs electronic music with the focus on big room, deep, vocal, and melodic house sub-genres. In recent years, they have performed at some of the top venues and festivals in North America such as Bonnaroo, Burning Man, Northern Nights, Spring Awakening, and many others of this caliber.
Kice, a DJ and producer based out of Chicago, has performed at some of the most popular festivals and nightclubs around the globe. More notably, he has distinguished himself by teaming up with top tier instrumentalists in his famous DJ featuring live music sets.
New Year on the Pier is expected to sell out quickly, so it is highly recommended that tickets be purchased in advance. Guests must be 21 or older. All sales are final. For information about special services or group packages, email jim@greencurtainevents.com.

Aon Grand Ballroom Seated Table For 2-4 Includes: Seated table reservation for 2 to 4 guests in the Aon Grand Ballroom with exclusive bar access and added party favors.
Aon Grand Ballroom High Top Table For 4-6 Includes: Table reservation for 4 to 6 guests. An ideal celebratory congregation spot with a dance floor, added party favors, and exclusive bar access.
DJ Terrace Seated Table For 2-4 Includes: Seated table reservation for 2 to 4 guests in the high energy DJ Terrace with exclusive bar access and added party favors.
The general admission “Celebration Package” includes premium spirits, craft and domestic beers, house wines, champagne, gourmet passed appetizers, party favors for the duration of the event, and photo opps galore. VIP admission also includes access to the VIP-only Balcony, exclusive rooftop access to view the fireworks, private food stations, ultra-premium bar, party favors, and express entry. A limited number of “VIP Lounge Table Packages” will be made available. The VIP Lounge Table Package includes 12 VIP tickets with lounge seating, skybox view of the stage and dance floor, dedicated server with table-side appetizer trays, beer and cocktail table service, and premium champagne.
Guests are invited to begin the fun early by visiting Light Up the Lake an indoor, temperature-controlled experience, featuring Chicago’s largest indoor light garden, comprising more than 600,000 twinkling lights, and a large ice-skating rink with free skate rentals in Navy Pier’s Festival Hall. Tickets sold separately.
