As the People’s Pier, we pledge to always prioritize the health, safety and well-being of our staff, partners and guests. We will continue to do everything in our power to make each individual feel safe and comfortable while visiting Navy Pier.
Social Distancing
Maintaining a physical distance is still important, which is why we have Social Distance Ambassadors who will help remind guests of safety protocols. Helpful signs have been added throughout the Pier for guidance.
Sanitization
With electrostatic anti-microbial spray treatments for all rides and disinfecting high-touch surfaces, common areas and Pier-wide attractions after each use, sanitization is our number one priority. And more than 90 hand sanitizer dispensers have been installed and made available for guest use throughout the Pier.
Wear a Mask
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, guests must bring and wear a face mask at all times while visiting Navy Pier. Those who are sick, have COVID-19 symptoms or diagnosis, or have been exposed to someone with symptoms or diagnosis should stay home or seek medical attention.
