Join us every Saturday in February for a free Black History Month Workshop hosted by the Women’s Live Artist Studio.
Saturday, February 24th join us for a Crochet workshop with Hyero. Learn how to get yarn on your hook, to do a basic chain stitch and double crochet stitch. Learn how to create a basic crochet pattern, and by the end of the session you may have the skills you need to finish your first project!
The Women’s LIVE Artist Studio is a community of Chicago-based, predominately African American, female artists who create, display, and sell their art year-round from Navy Pier’s Fifth Third Bank Family Pavilion, near Chicago Children’s Museum. Members come from a variety of backgrounds and mediums but share a common goal of empowering women in the art world.
