Chi-Town Skygazers

December 16-23, 26 & 27 | FREE
Sunday – Thursday: 5:30PM-7:30PM
Friday and Saturday: 5:30PM-8:30PM

Join the Chi-Town Skygazers, an enthusiastic group of astronomers, for a celestial experience under the open sky.

From December 16- 23, 26 & 27, gather on the South Dock, East of the Wave Wall Staircase, to explore the wonders of the night sky. Operating from 5:30PM to 7:30PM from Sunday to Thursday and extending to 8:30PM on Friday and Saturday, the Skygazers aim to make stargazing accessible to all.

Equipped with telescopes, the South Dock becomes a meeting point for people of all ages and backgrounds, drawn by the allure of the moon, Saturn, Jupiter, and the Orion Nebula for these free public viewings. Don’t miss this opportunity to share the marvels of the universe with fellow sky enthusiasts in the heart of Chicago.
