A “Holy Cow!” Extravaganza
Thursday, May 2nd
The Score live radio broadcast 4PM-7PM
Toast Time: 5:30PM
Fans are invited to join in the annual celebration of Harry Caray’s extraordinary life on May 2nd at Harry Caray’s Tavern on Navy Pier, honoring the 26th Anniversary of Harry’s passing. Actor Jason Alexander will serve as Toastmaster for the event, joined by Chris Kattan, James Denton, Ryan Dempster, Ron Kittle, and others. The celebration, themed around Harry’s famous catchphrase “Holy Cow!”, promises a cow-centric extravaganza with cow attire encouraged, cowbells ringing, and cowboy hats tipped. Special guests and activities, including a visit from two 800lb Black Angus cows, will make this year’s Worldwide Toast a memorable event.
To commemorate Harry Caray’s legacy, a hyper-realistic sculpture of him will be displayed, alongside original sculptures from the 1999 Cows on Parade art installation. The Score’s Parkins & Spiegel Show will broadcast live, with Jason Alexander leading the toast at 5:30pm, inviting everyone to raise a Budweiser to the man, the myth, and the unforgettable catchphrase that unites fans worldwide. Fans can also tune in live online or on 670AM in the Chicagoland area to participate from anywhere in the world.
