Concerts

For concerts, parking can fill up quickly. We recommend utilizing public transportation or rideshare.

Bags and purses larger than 16″ x 16″ x 8″ are NOT permitted.

All bags are subject to search. Clear bags are highly encouraged.

For the safety of all guests, the following items are prohibited:

• Aerosol products
• Alcohol / illegal drugs / substances
• Animals (except service animals)
• Bags that do not meet our bag policy
• Cans
• Chairs of any kind
• Fireworks
• Glass containers
• Hard sided / large coolers
• Hydration packs / Camelbacks

• Metal water bottles
• Spiked jewelry / clothing
• Strollers
• Umbrellas
• Wallet chains
• Weapons of any kind

All official tickets are sold exclusively through Tixr, Navy Pier Event Center’s official ticketing partner.

Purchase Tickets

All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event.
