The guest services desk is located at the front of Navy Pier between Giordano’s and Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Additional guest services kiosks are located near Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville/West Garage Parking Door 1 and near West Garage Parking Door 5. Guest Service staff can be identified by an aqua blue shirt and blue jeans. You may speak with a Guest Services staff members during operating hours by calling 1-312-595-PIER (7437). Our hotline number is accessible during operating hours at 1-312-595-5155.

Where can I rent a wheelchair?
There is no fee to rent a wheelchair. You may obtain a wheelchair on a first come, first serve basis by visiting the Guest Experience front desk at the main west entrance of the Fifth Third Bank Family Pavilion.
Just follow these simple steps:
1. Download the ROCKBOT app and select Navy Pier to see the music playing.
2. Request a song from Navy Pier’s soundtrack.
3. Vote on the playlist to determine what order the songs are played
