Our guest services staff is here to assist you with general inquiries about Navy Pier and nearby attractions.
The guest services desk is located at the front of Navy Pier between Giordano’s and Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.
Additional guest services kiosks are located near Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville/West Garage Parking Door 1 and near West Garage Parking Door 5.
Guest Service staff can be identified by an aqua blue shirt and blue jeans.

The Guest Services Desk is staffed from:
Sun – Thurs: 10am – 10pm
Fri & Sat: 10am – 12pm
The Sensory Friendly Navy Pier app helps families, especially young children and kids with disabilities, prepare for a day at Navy Pier. You’ll be able to learn more about Navy Pier, create your own schedule for the day, play the Navy Pier matching game and check out features like insider tips and our sensory-friendly map. There is no fee to rent a wheelchair. You may obtain a wheelchair on a first come, first serve basis by visiting the Guest Experience front desk at the main west entrance of the Fifth Third Bank Family Pavilion.

The closest restrooms to the main entrance of Navy Pier are located in the Family Pavilion. The women’s and men’s restrooms are located next to the escalator. Additional restrooms are located by Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville Bar & Grill in the New Food Experience, in Pier Park, by Riva Restaurant, by Billy Goat, by Entrance 2, and by the Aon Grand Ballroom. During events, restrooms are open in Festival Hall.
Throughout the day, cabs are typically parked along North Streeter Drive (just south of Navy Pier’s building). You can also request a cab and both entrance 1 and 2.
