Water Colors: Greg Spero & Friends

Weekly free outdoor Jazz music series at the Lake Stage in Polk Bros Park.

Chicago native Greg Spero has toured the globe with the Miles Electric Band, Makaya McCraven, Spirit Fingers and more. He recently spent three years performing sold-out arenas with pop sensation Halsey, leaving the group to build a studio and record label in Los Angeles. Over quarantine, Spero has started a live online show featuring conversations with Buster Williams, Ron Carter, and leaders in the music industry about our struggles and our future in this challenging time. His label Tiny Records has released music with pop stars and jazz artists from around the globe including Terreon Gulley, Lido, Sput Searight, Transviolet, Mono Neon and more. Now for his first live in-person appearance since the pandemic, Greg Spero returns to his hometown of Chicago for a very special performance at the iconic Navy Pier.

A live jazz music series presented Friday nights at 6:30pm on the shore of Lake Michigan in Polk Bros Park Performance Lawns Lake Stage. Performer schedule subject to change. For accurate listings, please check the Water Colors page.
