Navy Pier’s A Blues Christmas is a free special concert presented in collaboration with Alligator Records, and the final program of the Sequence Ch!cago music series, supported by the Paul M. Angell Family Foundation. Join us in the Aon Grand Ballroom on Wednesday, December 19 as Toronzo Cannon and guests Lil’ Ed, Lynne Jordan and Matthew Skoller perform classics from Alligator Records’ Christmas collection, along with other seasonal favorites.

Chicago-based Alligator Records is the largest contemporary blues label in the world, with a catalog of more than 300 albums by blues stars like Koko Taylor, Albert Collins, Johnny Winter, Shemekia Copeland, Toronzo Cannon and Lil’ Ed & The Blues Imperials.
Presented by Paul M. Angell Family Foundation, Sequence Ch!cago is a free performance series celebrating local artists, musicians and cultural organizations and showcasing their works. Navy Pier will display Chicago’s diverse arts scene over the course of 9 dates this fall and winter. All performances are free and open to the public.
