Rush Hour Workouts

Wave Wall Performance Platform

Keep your body in shape with weekly Rush Hour Workouts at the Wave Wall Performance Platform on Navy Pier’s South Dock, part of Summer Fitness presented by LifeStart.

All participants must complete the Fitness Waiver Form.  Waiver forms will be available on site the day of each event.
