This free Cardio Yoga class is designed to infuse fundamental yoga postures with low impact cardio and sculpting exercises. Throughout class, modifications and adjustments are provided to help with posture and to ensure safety. Cardio yoga is a perfect complement your exercise regimen.
Please meet us inside the Crystal Gardens (indoors).
Yoga mat, yoga block, and set of three or five-pound weights (optional).
Julia Perkins has been practicing cardio yoga for eight years. Julia started her practice to maintain her muscle strength, flexibility, and balance, while dealing with the limitations caused by osteoarthritis.
