Freeze! at Chicago Shakespeare Theater

January 1, 2015

Chicago Shakespeare Theater is at the forefront of the inaugural Chicago International Puppet Theater Festival debuting  the U.S premiere of Freeze!, a one-of-a-kind live performance event from the Netherlands. Freeze! features creator and performer Nick Steur artfully balancing various stones on top of each other, without any glue or illusions, in a gravity-defying style. The result is impressive and magnificent stone sculptures. Furthermore, Steur customizes each show based on location.
